PAYMENT RULES

For direct bookings, it is necessary to confirm by sending a deposit equal to 50% of the total. The balance and the tourist tax (1 euro per person per day) must be paid upon arrival at the property.

Even for bookings made through specialized sites (Booking, Airbnb, Tripadvisor,...) the balance payment must be made upon arrival at the facility. It is not possible to pay for the stay through the services offered by the aforementioned sites.

Per le prenotazioni dirette è necessario confermare con l’invio di un acconto pari al 50% del totale. Il saldo e la tassa di soggiorno (1 euro a persona al giorno) devono essere versati all’arrivo in struttura.

Anche per le prenotazioni effettuate tramite i siti specializzati (Booking, Airbnb, Tripadvisor, …) il saldo pagamento deve essere effettuato all’arrivo in struttura. Non è possibile pagare il soggiorno attraverso i servizi offerti dai suddetti siti.
